Science & standards

Know what
you’re putting
into your routine.

You shouldn’t need a science degree to choose a supplement. You should be able to understand why an ingredient is there, how much you’re getting and how quality is checked.

The questions we start with

A purpose.
A form. An amount.

Those three details make a formula easier to understand and easier to evaluate for yourself.

Why is it here?

Chyll brings together ashwagandha for everyday stress support, L-theanine for relaxation, and magnesium for normal muscle and nerve function.*

What form is it?

We specify KSM-66® Ashwagandha root extract and magnesium glycinate. You see the ingredient choice, not just a broad category.

How much do I get?

Every active amount is listed. There is no proprietary blend that groups ingredients together without showing their individual amounts.

Quality, in everyday language

What our standards
mean for your scoop.

01

Third-party tested

Chyll is independently tested for purity and potency. An outside laboratory adds another check on product quality.

02

Made to a standard

Made in the USA in an NSF-certified facility following cGMP, with domestic and globally sourced ingredients.†

03

Thoughtfully formulated

Non-GMO and sugar-free. Sweetened with monk fruit, without stevia. Every active ingredient amount is disclosed.

†cGMP means current good manufacturing practices. NSF refers to the manufacturing facility, not certification of the finished Chyll product.

Why we chose KSM-66® Ashwagandha

Stress. Sleep. Recovery.
Support for a full life.

How you handle the day. How you rest at night. How you show up tomorrow. We chose KSM-66® for its human research across these parts of everyday well-being.

Handle everyday stress.

In studies of stressed adults, KSM-66® reduced reported stress and lowered cortisol, a hormone involved in the body’s stress response, compared with placebo.

Get more from your rest.

Sleep studies reported improvements in sleep quality, time to fall asleep and time spent asleep. A reason to look beyond a moment of calm.

Support your active side.

In men following a strength-training program, research found greater strength gains and improved markers of muscle recovery compared with placebo.

Why it belongs in Chyll: KSM-66® brings research on stress, rest and recovery to the foundation of our formula. Each scoop pairs 400 mg of this root extract with L-theanine and magnesium glycinate.

These are findings from studies of KSM-66®, not clinical results for Chyll. The cited stress research used 250 or 600 mg daily; the sleep and strength studies used 600 mg daily. Chyll provides 400 mg per scoop. Results at other doses are not established by those studies, and individual experiences vary.

What about hormones?

The hormone findings are specific. Stress studies measured cortisol. An eight-week strength-training trial in men also found a greater increase in testosterone with 600 mg daily than with placebo. That does not establish broad “hormone balancing” benefits or the same effect from Chyll.

Which studies informed this section?

Stress and cortisol: Salve et al., 2019. Compared 250 mg and 600 mg daily with placebo in stressed adults.

Sleep: Langade et al., 2019. Studied 600 mg daily in adults with insomnia.

Strength, recovery and testosterone: Wankhede et al., 2015. Studied 600 mg daily alongside resistance training in men.

Every ingredient. Every amount.

Know what you’re
paying for.

Seeing an ingredient on the front of a jar is only part of the picture. How much you get matters, too.

Chyll shows the amount of every active ingredient, with no proprietary blend hiding the breakdown. You can compare what’s in each scoop before you buy and decide whether it belongs in your routine.

Research with perspective

Thoughtful science.
Honest expectations.

Research on ingredients helps inform a formula. It does not mean every person will have the same experience.

Studies of individual ingredients do not establish results for the finished Chyll formula. We keep that distinction clear so you can make an informed choice.

A closer look, if you want it

Clear answers.
No jargon required.

Does a higher milligram number always mean better?

No. The ingredient, its form, the amount and the intended use all matter. A bigger number alone does not establish a better formula.

What does third-party tested mean?

An independent laboratory tests Chyll as part of our quality checks. For questions about ingredients or a specific lot, contact our team with the lot number on your jar.

Does testing prove that Chyll works?

Quality testing and clinical effectiveness answer different questions. Testing can assess what is in a product. Clinical research examines outcomes in people under specific conditions.

Where can I ask about quality or ingredients?

Contact support@nutravos.com with your question. If you have a jar, include the lot information from your package so the team can identify it.
